Best thing I can advise is to weigh your options carefully and understand the consequences before you take the plunge. Ask lots of questions to who ever you are dealing with at the time. Feel comfortable that they are give you answers and not selling you on a solution. If there is any inclination that there is trouble, stop and get a second opinion.
